Last Updated: May 22, 2026

Welcome to Duluth DJ Takeover. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (ddjto.com), our events, our SMS and email communications, and any other services we provide.

Duluth DJ Takeover (“DDT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a brand operated by ADA Corporation, a Minnesota S-Corporation. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Use the site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the site without permission
  • Use the site to transmit harmful or unlawful content

2. Event Tickets and Purchases

Ticketing: Tickets to our events are sold through third-party platforms, primarily Eventbrite. By purchasing a ticket, you also agree to the terms of service of the ticketing platform.

Refunds: Event tickets are generally non-refundable unless an event is cancelled or rescheduled. Specific refund policies may vary by event and will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Event Changes: We reserve the right to change event lineups, schedules, venues, or other event details. Material changes will be communicated to ticket holders by email or SMS.

Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, ticket holders will be notified and refunds processed according to the policy in effect at the time of cancellation.

3. Event Attendance

By attending one of our events, you agree to:

  • Follow all venue rules and policies
  • Comply with age restrictions (some events are 21+ — valid government-issued ID required at the door)
  • Submit to security checks if requested by venue staff
  • Respect other attendees, performers, and staff

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove individuals who violate these policies or engage in disruptive or unsafe behavior. No refund will be issued in such cases.

Photography and Recording: Our events may be photographed, video-recorded, or live-streamed. By attending, you consent to being captured in such recordings and to their use for promotional, marketing, and editorial purposes by DDT.

4. Communications

By providing your contact information (phone, email) to us — whether through our website, ticket purchase, event signup, or photo booth — you consent to receive transactional and (with opt-in) marketing communications from us.

Detailed information about our SMS and email programs, including how to opt out, is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including logos, graphics, text, photos, videos, and audio recordings — is owned by ADA Corporation or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without our written permission.

The “Duluth DJ Takeover” name and brand are trademarks of ADA Corporation.

6. User-Submitted Content

If you submit content to us — such as photos, comments, reviews, or social media posts tagging DDT — you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content for promotional and marketing purposes.

7. Disclaimers

Our website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the website, the accuracy of information, or the availability of services.

We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ADA Corporation, Duluth DJ Takeover, and our officers, employees, partners, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, services, or attendance at our events.

In no event will our total liability exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Assumption of Risk: Attendance at music events involves inherent risks, including but not limited to loud sound levels, lighting effects (including strobes), crowd movement, and other event conditions. You attend at your own risk.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ADA Corporation, Duluth DJ Takeover, and our officers, employees, partners, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of our website or services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in St. Louis County, Minnesota.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
