When you opt in to receive SMS messages from Duluth DJ Takeover — by texting a keyword to our number, submitting your phone number through a web form, or otherwise providing consent — the following terms apply:

  • Program description: We send marketing and transactional text messages related to our events, including ticket sales announcements, event reminders, schedule updates, and promotional offers.
  • Message frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive several messages per month, with higher frequency around event dates.

  • Supported carriers: Our SMS program is supported on all major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Information sharing to subcontractors in support of our services (such as our SMS platform provider, customer support tools, or compliance services) is permitted. All other use case categories exclude mobile information from being shared with third parties.

Service Providers (subcontractors who support our operations):

  • Eventbrite: Our ticketing platform. When you purchase a ticket, your name, email, and purchase information are processed by Eventbrite under their privacy policy.
  • Stripe: Our payment processor. Billing information is processed securely by Stripe under their privacy policy.
  • HighLevel: Our marketing and communications platform. We use HighLevel to manage contacts, send emails and SMS, and track engagement.
  • Other service providers that help us operate our business (website hosting, analytics, customer support).

Event Partners:

  • We may share limited attendee information (such as headcount or general demographics) with venue partners, co-promoters, sponsors, and event collaborators for the purpose of producing and operating our events. We do not share individual contact details (phone numbers, email addresses) with event partners for their independent marketing purposes.

Legal Requirements:

  • We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of DDT, our attendees, or others.

Business Transfers:

  • If ADA Corporation or DDT is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
